Inspection of Goods
All goods must be checked upon receipt. Any damages, shortages, or issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery or collection. -
Returns (Customer Error)
Returns due to customer error may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a re-stocking fee in line with our supplier’s terms and conditions. -
Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to supplier increases.
Once an order has been agreed, full payment must be made prior to delivery or collection. -
Ex-Display Items
Ex-display items are sold as seen and are non-returnable and non-refundable. -
Product Warranty
It is the customer’s responsibility to register any manufacturer warranties for purchased products, where applicable. -
Special Orders
Specially ordered items may require extended lead times.
All specially ordered goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
